Supplementary Report No (4)

The ongoing Genocide in Darfur despite Compelling reports of Chemical Weapons use by Khartoum

Preamble

The appendix report No (4) is the latest report in a series of fact finding issued by the Sudan Liberation Movement led by Abdul Wahid Mohammed Ahmed Al-Nour documenting the latest state-

sponsored genocide by the Khartoum regime in Darfur; since the government forces and its allied paratroops militias resumed, this time with non-conventional weapons; their heinous aggression and wholesale civilian destruction in a new campaign initiated in Jebel Marra in January 2016. The situation on the ground has aggravated when Amnesty International released its 109 pages report on 29th of September, regarding Khartoum’s grievous use of chemical weapons against the ethnically- targeted civilians population of Jebel Marra, in a clear violation of the chemical weapons convention to which Sudan is a signatory. Moreover; the Sudan Liberation Movement alluded in their report several times that, Khartoum regime is employing weapons of internationally prohibited nature and poisonous gases in Jebel Marra to accelerate the final face of genocide in Darfur. With compelling evidences of children and adult vomiting blood, pregnant women having miscarriages, a sudden loss of weight by the victims; and so many strange symptoms of diseases the local population had not accustomed to it before, until  a highly reliable source- Amnesty International- released its bombshell report, amid; Khartoum’s upheaval efforts to silence voices of civilians in Darfur not to utter any words regarding the use of chemical weapons and paying agents money to help conceal evidences and collect shrapnel of bombardments Thus; this report covers a few latest rounds of atrocities perpetrated by the government of Sudan and put efforts to give a broader picture to the situation on the ground in Darfur. However; the systematic ethnically targeting of civilians especially farmers by Janjaweed and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militias; indiscriminate aerial bombardment, rape cases and arbitrary arrests by Sudan’s National Intelligence and Security Services(NISS) constitute the main elements of this report as follows:-
