In conclusion; up to this date Sudan government in Khartoum is working tirelessly to dismantle the IDPs camps in Darfur for it stand as living witness to the genocide committed; in order to eliminate concrete evidences. However; the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) had engaged in chemical warfare decades ago as it was reported by Doctors without Borders and other reliable sources. Yet; the use of chemical weapons by Khartoum has never been investigated by the UNSC, nor has the international community pushed effectively for any investigation, therefore; we urgently call upon the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) to investigate the use of chemical weapons in Jebel Marra . Furthermore; we have absolute confidence that, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) is empowered, impartial and competent to conduct an investigation .In a nutshell; we appeal to the UNSC and the signatory nations to the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) to initiate an immediate investigation. In addition, we call on the United Nation Security Council (UNSC) to implement its existing resolutions and ensure that, the Sudanese government and its officials are held accountable and brought to justice immediately, as all the UNSC resolutions until now have yielded nothing except continuation of genocide by conventional and non-conventional weapons.
