*من اسر المعتقلين المحتجزين لدي السلطات السودانية:-*

نناشدكم ونحث فيكم روح الانسانيه بالتحرك معنا والمساهمة معنا في توصيل صوتنا لإطلاق سراح معتقلينا الذين تم الزج بهم في السجون دون وجه حق.
ومنذ ان اعلنت رئاسة  الجمهورية يوم الثلاثاء 10/4/2018 قرارها باطلاق جميع المعتقلين السياسين ونحن نترقب بان سيكون معتقلينا ضمن المفرج عنهم واذا به نتفاجأ بان المفرج عنهم هم قلة ولم يكن معتقلينا من ضمنهم .
الامر الذي اصابنا بخيبة امل .
ومنذ اعتقال ذوينا وحتي هذه اللحظه لم تسمح لنا السلطات بحقوقنا الاساسية  التي يكفلها الدستور وكل الشرائع السماوية.
وجزء كبير من معتقلينا لم نعرف اماكن اعتقالهم حتي الان وبعضهم احوالهم متدهوره قبل الاعتقال نريد الاطمان علي صحتهم وسلامتهم وخصوصا بعد ان تعرض كل من الامير ادم خاطر ،وابوالساره للتصفية الجسدية اصبح القلق يلازمنا وخوفنا بان يتعرضوا لنفس المصير .ومن ضمن المعتقلين الذي يتجاوز عددهم ال2000معتقل هناك اطفال حرموا حتي من اداء امتحاناتهم علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر (عيسي هارون حسبو15؛الامين حسون 16عام) حيث حرم هؤلاء الاطفال من امتحان الشهاده السودانية.

  ومنذ عملية اعتقالهم طرقنا كل الابواب الا اننا وجدناها موصده امامنا وناشدنا مرارا وتكرار كل الجهات المختصة والمنظمات الحقوقية بالسماح لنا بزيارة زوينا ولكن عدنا بخفي حنين.
وخصوصا بان فتره الاعتقال طالت جدا وجزء كبير منهم يعول اسر كاملة ومع صعوبة الاوضاع الاقتصادية نعاني الامرين ..
*وعليه:-*
نناشد مفوضية حقوق الانسان بالتدخل والمساهمة في اطلاق سراح اكثر من 2000معتقل جلهم من دارفور سواء دارفرر الجغرافيه او الاجتماعيه محتجزين لدي السلطات بدون  اي تهمة ومعرفة اماكن احتجازهم.
– نناشد رئاسة الجمهورية ومفوضية حقوق الانسان .

1-بالسماح لنا بزيارة معتقلينا ومعرفة اماكن احتجازهم
2-نناشدهم  بالتدخل العاجل لإطلاق سراحهم عاجلا لان ليس لهم جرم ارتكبوه واذا لديهم جرم نطلب تقديمهم لمحاكمه عادله رغم علم الجميع ان الاعتقال كان كيديا لاسند قانوني له.
3-علي السودانين ان يتحركوا معنا في قضيتنا العادله هذه ونناشد من هنا كل النساء السودانيات والاسر التي تعرض زويهم للاعتقال والذين تذوقو مرارات الاعتقالات الوقوف معنا لاطلاق سراح ذوينا ولعلكم تزوقتم من نفس المعناه التي نمر بها نحن آلان.
4-نناشد النشطاء ومنظمات المجتمع المدني  ونذكركم بان هذا هو واجبكم تجاهنا كمواطنين تعرضنا للظلم .
5-واجبا وليس مناشده كل التنظيمات السياسية عدم الاكتفاء باطلاق سراح منسوبيها ولعب دور المتفرج وان لهم دور اخلاقي  يجب  القيام به والانسانية لاتتجزء ونطالب التحرك معنا بالعمل والقول ضد مايتعرض له المعتقلين وقضاياهم جزء من واجباتكم الوطنيه التي تقاعستم عنها بصوره مفضوحة .

Of prisoners’ families
Detained by the Sudanese authorities:

– Special Envoy of the United Nations
– Human Rights Commissions – Human Rights Organizations of relevance.
– Activists and civil society organizations.
– The Sudanese people General: –

We appeal to you and urge in you the spirit of humanity to move with us and contribute with us in communicating our voice for the release of our prisoners who have been unjustly incarcerated in prisons.
 Since the Presidency announced on Tuesday 10/4/2018 its decision to release all political prisoners and we expect that our prisoners will be among the released and if surprised that the released are a few and did not include our prisoners.
We were disappointed.
Since the arrest of Zwina and until this moment, the authorities have not allowed us the basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution and all divine laws.
A large part of our detainees did not know their places of detention so far. Some of them are deteriorating before arrest. We want to be safe for their health and safety, especially after Prince Adam Khater and Aboulassarah were subjected to physical liquidation, and we are afraid of being subjected to the same fate. They were even denied the performance of their examinations, to name but a few (Issa Harun Hasabo 15; Amin Hassoun 16years) where they were deprived of the Sudanese certificate exam.

  Since the arrest, we have taken all the doors but we found them locked in front of us and repeatedly called upon us to repeat all the competent authorities and human rights organizations by allowing us to visit Zwina but we returned with a humbleness.
Especially since the period of detention is very long and a large part of them depend on full families and with the difficult economic conditions we suffer both.
*Accordingly:*
We appeal to the Commission on Human Rights to intervene and contribute to the release of more than 2000 detainees, mostly from Darfur, whether Darfur or social detainees are held by the authorities without charge and knowledge of places of detention.
– We appeal to the Presidency of the Republic and the Commission on Human Rights.

1. By allowing us to visit our detainees and find out where they are being held
2 – We appeal to them to intervene urgently to release them soon because they have no offense and if they have an offense we ask to bring them to justice fair, despite the knowledge of everyone that the arrest was a legal pledge to him.
3. The Sudanese should move with us in our just cause. We appeal here to all the Sudanese women and families who have been subjected to arrest and who have tasted the bitterness of the arrests to stand with us for the release of Zwina and you may be applauded by the same meaning that we are going through.
4. We appeal to activists and civil society organizations and remind you that this is your duty towards us as citizens who have been subjected to injustice.
5 – a duty and not appeal to all political organizations not only to release its employees and play the role of spectator and that they have a moral role to be done and humanity is indivisible and demand to move with us work and say against what is exposed to detainees and their issues part of your national duties,
