Files Expose the Crimes of the Sudan Regime

Washington, DC – September 1, 2017

Today the Revolution Martyrs Group announces the launch of the international campaign to seek justice for the victims of crimes committed by the murderers and war criminals of the ruling regime in Sudan. The participants of this campaign are the Sudanese people inside and outside the country.

This campaign is aimed at denouncing and exposing the Sudan regime for killings and genocide; for all of the crimes it has committed against individuals and groups, since its inception in 1989 and until this month, in which the national campaign for the memory of the martyrs of the revolution will be launched in all regions of Sudan.

Enclosed with this statementis a file which contains the murders and genocide perpetrated by the Sudan regime, including photos, videos, and dates and places where these crimes took place. We urge the UN Security Council, the International Criminal Court and all justice systems, human rights organizations, civil society groups, and all Sudanese to stand with the oppressed Sudanese peopleagainst this criminal and barbaric Sudan regime and to help arrest Omar Bashir, who is wanted by the ICC We also appeal to the activists, the youth and students’ movements, and the political organizations to support this campaign by publishing the contents thereof in their interactive platforms and by conveying them to all Sudanese people. We recommend using hashtags: #Martyrs_Blood_On_Our_Necks & #September_Martyrs_Remembered.

We must demand justice for those criminals whose hands are stained with the blood of the sons and daughters of our country.

This campaign is preparing a memorandum for Hon. FatouBensouda, the Prosecutor of the ICC, with this information and is also forwarding copies to Foreign Affairs offices around the world, in addition to publishing the information on international media channels.
