Mohammed Hasab Allah Bakary , student at the University of East Nile , had been detained since 05/05/2015 and , had been subjected to brutal torture to extract the false confession in the murder case , which occurred when the members of the Jihadi unit and NCP students association, attacked the Darfuri students in East Nile University
as a part of a well organized mass violence campaigns and assassinations led and committed by the security forces and the Jihadi units of the National Congress party in various Sudanese university against Darfuri students.
For all this period of detention he had been subjected to continuous psychological and physical torture.
He Had been prohibited from his natural and constitutional rights to have a fair trial by preventing him to appoint a lawyer or providing him by one through the court , accidentally a lawyer had taken over this
role , where he discovered that a lot of the legal procedures had been breached throughout the stages of detention , investigation and trail
Mohammed Hasab Allah Bagary is a Darfuri student born in the village of Kornoy in 1986 ,and had been displaced to the refugees camps in the state of Chad after the Janjaweed had destroyed and burned down his village. He returned to Sudan, where he is living with his family in one of the Darfuri’s refugees camps called Atash.
